El Plan General de la Ciudad de Marina es un documento de política importante que debe actualizarse en todas las ciudades autorizadas cada 15 a 20 años según la Ley del Estado de California. El Plan General sirve como hoja de ruta de la Ciudad para el uso de la tierra y las decisiones de desarrollo y es una herramienta clave para influir y mejorar la calidad de vida de los residentes y las empresas durante las próximas décadas.
